The Skills Builder partnership was set up by a wide range of education providers and employers to help provide a framework of key skills that all people need in order to access an ambitious future and undertake purposeful employment. These skills are:

- Problem Solving
All learning opportunities at Campus are delivered with these skills in mind and students have the opportunity for their achievements in each area to be recognised and rewarded each week.
By supporting the students to develop these core, transferable skills, we can be confident that we are best preparing them for whatever opportunities their future may hold.
