Health Care Checks and Hospital Visits
You may be aware that all young people, aged 14 and over, that have a Learning Disability are entitled to an annual GP Health Care Check.
You can find information below, including documents that may be useful when preparing your child/young person for their appointment.
It would be really helpful if you could let class staff know when your child’s appointment is booked for, as we are able to offer support in preparing for the appointment when necessary.
